Woolgathering – Patti Smith

If you have a lazy afternoon to spare, can I suggest this little book by Patti Smith. These a musings, a small luminous memoir. She revisits her early years in New York, her childhood self memories both real and envisioned. There is a chapter to Sam Shepherd and then Paul Getty … It is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon…I will be boring you all with many a mention of Patti. She is coming here next year, to Bluesfest and a concert at the State..ahhhhh cannot wait.
