“Sweet” is latest book by Yotam Ottolenghi and you know what a tragic I am when it comes to Ottolenghi .
I have to confess, however, that I have cooked just the ONE cake in my life, so this could be a huge learning curve and a bit of shopping at Essential Ingredient……
It is also wonderful that Australian cook Helen Goh the co-author gets a great introduction.
WARNING…..There’s so much sugar in this book that they thought about calling it, well, sugar.
I got in so early…i managed a signed copy…tragic!
