On our recent Blue Mountain weekend away we stayed with Anon's brother Rob who lives in Katoomba.
We arrived at Beer O'clock and so did Rob's mountain family. Cockatoos arrived in such numbers that it took on a flash back to the film THE BIRDS..by Hitchcock..which I found terrifying...the film I mean not the Cockatoos..altho
Anyway they come everyday, some are friendly that others...some come into the house looking for treats. After the Cockies its time for a family of Magpies. It was not something I was expecting but it was quiet wonderful to watch.
