We spent our one night in Tarifa at this charming Boutique Hotel
the Posada La Sacristia.
Because it was Low season not many of the restaurants in Tarifa were open…but when they are the seafood is very special.

Posada La Sacristia serves probably the biggest and most outrageous gin and tonic in Spain. Served in a massive balloon like glass that you could just about take a swim in, it must have been the equivalent of three ‘normal’ G & T s that you would be served with in a bar in Oz. Colleen, think you know what I am talking about.
