Paris 16th Nov 2015

The thing you have to love about the French is that having been told not to do something they do it just the same.
The crowd at Place de la Republique ebbs and flows all day. Quiet respectful vigils for young lives lost too early, personal messages left in chalk. Stoic tolerance of the International media circus that encircles them. The national anthem – springs up in small corners and the whole join in.
It is beyond moving.
We held our own vigil, our Tom Ricketson 1982 – 2014
Miss you everyday Tomo.

  1. Lorrie thank you for the pictures from this beautiful sad numbed city.
And love to you both as you remember and celebrate Tom’s life.
