This charming new restaurant in Ubud was recommended to us by Penny Williams of Bali Asli. The interior is vintage chic with great attention to detail. The food is fresh Asian flavours with a nod to French cuisine. I had the Unilateral norvegian salmon steak sitting on a bouquet of cauliflower and crunchy capers, Anon had Crying Tiger beef tenderloin with Papaya salad and infused jasmine rice, both were excellent.
The restaurant is on a quiet side-street with a terrace, just the place for a nice glass of Rose. On Saturday’s from 5-7pm there is cocktails and Tapas happy hour, Live Latin salsa music, open dance floor and signature cocktails on Sundays and Wednesday drop in and Tango.
