Figs and Curd With Olive Oil and Honey

You can find wonderful recipes anywhere, I found this on the In Bed Journal by Harriett Davidson check out her instagram. As she says in the words that accompanied the recipe these ingredients are at peak deliciousness at the moment, end of summer ... ripe and juicy.

The figs and curd (I also used Willowbrae) I found at Carriageworks Farmers market on Saturday.

The bread a new favourite the All Purpose Bakery available at Carriageworks if don't mind a queue or at their roof top Bakery in Surry Hills.

NOTE Do not forget the Sea Salt!


250g goat’s curd (I used Willowbrae)
3 figs
Quarter cup pine nuts, toasted
A good glug of gorgeous olive oil
Sea salt

Serve with lovely bread and a tin of anchovies
