Dry Martini – Barcelona

Dry Martini is described as a bar and speakeasy.
So Feeling like a couple of extras in the Charles Bukowski classic book “Barfly”, we pushed the non-descript door on a quiet suburban steet in Exempler district of Barcelona at 3pm one afternoon and disapeared into the warm glow of bad behaviour.
This is another Dasha Ross tip – you should note by now she knows her Barcelona –
The mood is luxe and the soundtrack Dean Martin.
I thought I’d see what the bartender could do with a Negroni…he said the most important ingredient was the black Vermouth and then added a sprig of rosemary.
Anon had the 1,800,632 dry Martini and has the certificate to proove it.
Needless to say this was pretty much the end of our day….but a must.
