Tina and I managed to get over the bridge But not out of the Chatswood Interchange well not very far anyway. I sat on the train - best way to get to Chatswood; Chatty; Chatswoo - imaging a scene out of Blade Runner the futuristic film that's set design I think must have been based on the dense mysterious underbelly of Hong Kong...I digress...
Tina has the full bottle - such a font of knowledge - so for the food head over to izzyhaveyoueaten. The truth is you do not have to leave the Interchange to have a gastronomic adventure. Seriously...this is what we had before going to lunch at the delightful Amah.
First stop Love at First Bite, where we tried the Lava Cheese Bamboo Charcoal Croissant, a slice of Tiger Salted Egg Porkfloss Taro mini roll ... passing on Sponge Bob ...to go, I picked up a coffee at Steam Engine Coffee, we then headed upstairs to Gram Cafe and Pancakes. Look at these pancakes and the decor..!
The place builds with people the closer to lunch and then I'm sure is an absolute Blade Runner in the evening. All of the shops are worth checking out, we love the little store that sell face packs to either get rid of or add freckles to your face. Give yourself some time there is a lot of fun to be had!
